If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will take it back and refund you, 100%. 

Please email us at info@thesolemates.com or call us at 877.356.3443 with your order number and we can help you process the return or help you exchange for another item. 

We do not offer refunds on used Solemates® (you can try it on, but please don't wear it outside and get it dirty and then ask to return it).
